I grew up in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts and currently reside just up the road in Fairhaven, Massachusetts with my husband and our rescue dog, Maya. I attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with the goal of working for a financial services firm in a planning role.
I began my career as an Administrative Assistant at Northeast Planning Associates in Fairhaven. Soon after starting, I became a Paraplanner and eventually Practice Manager for the firm. In January of 2018, I began working for Barry Investment Advisors as a Paraplanner. I love meeting new people, building long-lasting relationships, and assisting clients on their path to financial freedom. The attentiveness and professionalism that our team demonstrates is remarkable and sets Barry apart from any other firm I have experienced. It's very clear that the Barry team will go above and beyond to service client's unique goals and desires.
When not at work, my husband and I enjoy hiking with our dog and renovating our new home. The best piece of financial advice I have ever received? Building your financial picture is much like building a home; you must start with a solid foundation. Additionally, always pay yourself first.
