This chart shows the valuation of growth stocks relative to value stocks since 1975. As you can see, there are three periods of time when value stocks have traded at such extreme valuation discounts versus growth stocks - the 1970's, the early 2000's and now. Value stocks experienced strong performance for a number of years following the previous lows and we believe the current cycle has a high possibility of repeating itself, with value stocks continuing to outperform growth stocks for the foreseeable future.

Answer: The answer is D. The name came from the wall built by the Dutch colonists in Manhattan in 1653 to defend themselves from the Native Americans and the British. The wall was taken down in 1699, but the name remained.
