A great weight loss app

This month’s Employee Favorite comes from Dan Pinheiro: I like the Lose It! App as my employee favorite because I credit the app with helping me lose 30+ lbs. with relative ease compared to prior efforts at losing the extra pounds. While tracking calories isn’t for everyone—it was a game changer for me, health-wise. After just a short while of using the app to track calories, I found myself skipping extra snacks just so I wouldn’t have to log the food into the app. Other features include meal planning, exercise tracking, and goal progress.
