Chart of the Month
silver-price-withgold

This chart tracks the relative price difference (or the “spread”) between one ounce of silver and one ounce of gold.

Precious metals are investments that often perform well under stressed economic and political environments.  The metals also tend to do well in the current environment of negative real interest rates (interest rates minus inflation).  Gold has responded positively to the above conditions and the Corona virus. Silver tends to lag the price of gold, and if its historical relationship to gold returns, there could be a significant opportunity for appreciation.

Our Favorite Seafood Cookbook

With summer here, we want to highlight one of our favorite cookbooks: Fresh FIsh. This book not only includes delicious seafood recipes, but also beautiful photography of the dishes themselves.

Our favorite recipe within this book has to be for Stuffies - a classic Rhode Island dish that is perfect for summer evenings.
