This month's employee highlight will also serve as an introduction! We are pleased to announce that Janieva Gonsalez has joined the Barry team as our Compliance Specialist. Janieva was born and raised in New Bedford and comes to us with previous compliance and client service experience within the financial services industry. Janieva's calming presence and hardworking attitude has been a great addition to the team - she is always willing and open to learning and helping with whatever she can. In her role as Compliance Specialist, Janieva, through research, testing and documentation, helps to ensure that the firm is compliant with all applicable regulations. Janieva also helps to answer the phones occasionally, so hopefully you will all have a chance to speak with her someday soon! When not at work, Janieva is busy raising her 11-month-old daughter, Atlas, and planning a cruise to Greece to celebrate her 1st birthday! Welcome to the team, Janieva!
