The United States' national debt has long been a source of major concern, though for decades those concerns have largely gone unaddressed. But it appears we may not be able to look the other way for much longer: in July, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released its long-term budget outlook, and according to their projections, federal debt is expected to rise to 185% of the United States’ GDP by 2052.
