With the presidential election one week away, investors are growing increasingly more uncertain about what might happen on Election Night — and what that means for their portfolios. According to a survey by UBS, almost two-thirds of investors are considering making portfolio changes before the election, a reflection of the mounting uncertainty not only about November 3rd, but about the COVID-19 pandemic and how policymakers might respond.
